We are committed to creating a quality product and are confident you will be completely satisfied with your investment in the Literature Series platters. It is an innovative way to personalize your gift, a presentation, an award, recognition of a special person, an outstanding individual, an exceptional achievement, or a memorable event.

General Terms & Conditions for Placing Custom Orders:

The Literature Series can be custom designed with text, company logos as well as graphic designs. For the application of artwork, it is best to forward the graphics to our studio to determine lay-out & cost of your project. A set-up charge applies.

Artwork Requirements:
Please provide camera-ready black & white artwork of graphics or logos to be used. Halftones are generally not usable. You may forward your files via email to customerservice@schlanser.com in a .TIF or high resolution .JPEG format. Otherwise please mail your artwork to us directly. Faxed copies are not usable and only acceptable for quotation purposes. Size, shape and finish of the platter should be noted in the request for quotes.

All custom work requires a 50% deposit to start. After your final approval and signing of the custom order contract, we place the project into production. (For further details, please refer to the contract.) As with any custom work, your order cannot be canceled for credit or refund. In addition, the balance remains due. One-time set-up charges start at $100.00.

Delivery is usually 6 to 8 weeks but will vary with the quantity ordered and time of final approval.

Payment Terms:
- First orders: Prepaid, we accept all major credit cards;
- To establish an account or to qualify as a reseller, please supply us with state or federally issued business identification. This may be in form of a state resale certificate, state business license and federal tax identification number.
